Each property type has a monthly base plus a price per unit: hotels €40 plus €2.50 a room, apartments €30 plus €5 an apartment or villa, and hostels €30 plus €2.50 a room and €1 a bed. A 24-room hotel pays €100, 12 apartments pay €90, and a hostel with 12 rooms and 60 beds pays €120. Pay yearly and the whole amount is 5% lower.

If you already have a website, the booking engine drops into it. A custom website, designed around your hotel by our design partner, is a separate project from €700.
