1. Paying for The LobbyBoy: How does pricing work for The LobbyBoy?

Pricing is per room for your premise. So, it doesn’t matter how many beds you have in a room, you will be charged only for the room.

2. How do I pay for the The LobbyBoy?

The LobbyBoy payments are recurring on your renewal date. Payments are made by credit card (Visa, Paypal). When you are logged in, go to the Back office Billing tab for further details.

3. How many channels is The LobbyBoy integrated with?

The LobbyBoy is integrated with MyAllocator.com so you can update and receive bookings from all of the following channels:

4. Can I cancel my account?

We would be very sad to have you leave, but you are welcome to cancel your account whenever you want. Just inform us that you are not willing to continue using our PMS and we will deactivate your account.

5. Is there a free plan?

Yes there is a free plan. Before you decide to start paying for The LobbyBoy services, we have the 30 days free trial and during this time you will understand that The LobbyBoy is a very user friendly and is fantastic value-for-money PMS.

6. How can I get all my data setup with my account?

It’s very simple! When you have opened your account and logged in, you will be able to Setup your property. We have also made some Video Tutorials on Youtube to make the setup easier for you.

7. Is my data and information safe?

The LobbyBoy Team takes Security extremely seriously! Your data is always encrypted with a 256-bit AESencryption SSL.

8. What happens if I need support?

The LobbyBoy online support is available 7 days a week for your convenience. If you have any issues, send us a message and we will get right back with you. Email us at info@thelobbyboy.com, or send us a message from the “Support” tab inside your account.

9. How does the 30-day trial work?

After you create an account, you will have instant access to all The LobbyBoy features for a period of 30 days. We don’t require a credit card during the free-trial, so you can try The LobbyBoy with any obligations. Our support team will email you before your trial expires. You can pay by credit card from your Back-office Billing page within your The LobbyBoy account. Your trial account will become your permanent account (where all of your guests, reservations, customizations, and data will be saved).

If you decide not to start paying at the end of your trial - your account will expire.
