The Lobby Boy is a cloud-based Property Management System which can be utilized within Hostels, B&B or Hotel chains for easier management and greater efficiency.

The Lobby Boy concept first took root when hostel owner Arben Jonuzi working at ‘Hostel Han’ found it difficult to update the online marketing, availability and rates. Resulting in spending many hours every day manually updating and reviewing.

“As a hostel owner and manager, it was frustrating that all the staff had to work the system as the ‘one login user’, there was no end shift where staff could reconcile their daily till, coupled with the inability of the system to be monitored remotely or check the status of the hostel bookings via phone.”
