Built by a Hotelier Who Faced the Same Challenges

The Lobby Boy was founded in 2016 in Pristina, Kosovo, by a hotel owner who had to deal with the same daily problems every property faces—lost revenue from no-shows, complicated payment processes, and the headache of managing multiple booking channels.

Instead of waiting for a solution, we built one. What began as a system to fix our own operations has grown into a trusted hotel management platform used by hotels, hostels, apartments, villas, and other lodging businesses worldwide.


The Problem We Solved First

We are the only hotel software provider in Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia that has cracked one of the toughest issues for the hospitality industry in this region:
