After working with HotelRunner PMS before, switching to The Lobby Boy PMS has been a completely different experience for me as a hotel manager. What I appreciate the most is how simple and intuitive the system is, making daily operations much easier. On top of that, the team's support is always available and very responsive whenever needed. A reliable and well-designed PMS overall.
