Terms of Use
The terms on which we provide thelobbyboy, and what each of us is responsible for.

The agreement
These terms apply between The Lobby Boy L.L.C., TechPark Prishtina, Bernicë e Poshtme, 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo, and the property or group that subscribes to the service. Your order confirmation sets out the plan, the number of rooms and the price. Where a signed agreement exists, it takes precedence over this page.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, unless annual billing has been agreed. The price is a monthly base for your property type plus an amount for every room, bed or apartment. Prices exclude VAT. Changes to your room count are pro-rated on the next invoice. The subscription continues monthly until you cancel; there is no minimum term and no exit fee.
Your data
Your reservations, guest records, rates and folios belong to you. You may export your data at any time, without contacting us. We will not use your guest data to market to your guests, and we will not sell it to anybody.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully, to keep your credentials secure, and not to attempt to interfere with the platform or access another customer’s data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the rates, policies and content you publish through the service to third-party channels.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available at all times, and we announce planned maintenance in advance. Support is available seven days a week, by email or from inside the app.
Liability
Neither party excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our aggregate liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for losses arising from a third-party channel, acquirer or lock manufacturer failing to perform.
Ending it
You may cancel whenever you want: tell us, and we will close your account. We may suspend an account for non-payment after two written reminders, or immediately for unlawful use. On termination we will provide a complete export of your data and delete it in line with the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo, where The Lobby Boy L.L.C. is registered.
