About The Lobby Boy
In 2012, we opened our first hotel. Like most property operators, we quickly found ourselves battling constant operational friction: chaotic channel management, double bookings, complicated payment workflows, and revenue lost to no-shows.
We began engineering our own PMS in 2016. What started as an in-house tool to smooth out our own front desk has grown into a trusted hotel management platform powering hotels, hostels, apartments, and villas worldwide.
Meet the founder
Arben Jonuzi founded The Lobby Boy and leads the company as CEO. Built directly from real-world, hands-on hotel management experience, the platform is designed specifically for the people working reception and managing the back office. That is why it focuses purely on the daily essentials a property needs, without the mess or complexity of traditional PMS software.
